The reliability of the service

Fred Capers, our lawn care specialist, is the man! He's courteous, always on time, and quite knowledgeable about his profession.

Your services and your service specialists are great, but the bottom line are the results: After the services and treatments, how healthy does the lawn appear and how green and weed-free is the lawn ? Results are why I'm a customer and so far I'm satisfied. My goal is to have the plushest-looking lawn in my neighborhood. Anything your specialists can do to achieve that goal..........I'm willing to listen and take your recommendations. My main concern from previous years are when fungi and insects affect my otherwise great-looking lawn. When I have addressed these concerns, sometimes it takes several days to get a service specialist to come out and assess the problem in person. The condition of the lawn has often deteriorated even worse in just those three to four days. I realize that I am not your only customer and that your service specialists are only in my neighborhood certain days of the week, but anything that you could do to expedite a service request for a rapidly-spreading fungus would be appreciated. Thanks.
