My neighbors have used TRUGREEN and have had tremendous results. I have only recently registered for TRUGREEN services so it is too early to speak to the quality of my own yard. We are still communicating about the ongoing presence of weeds and watering practices. The staff a d technicians have been very helpful .

We have had very good services from TruGreen. However this last time on trees and shrubs, there was no receipt left on our front door knob. Thank you!

I have shrub and lawn service. It keeps these projects looking good. On occasion I have issues, but they respond if I call and have repeated a procedure if necessary. I’m satisfied.

I have considerably less weeds since you took over. My yard looks better all season. Rebecca Holland treated my yard the other day. When my wife told me that Tru Green was treating the yard, I immediately went out to se your technician and explain my expectations based on previous problems before Rebecca started treating my yard. As soon as I saw Rebecca, she reminded me that she remembered how I wanted things and I just spoke and ask if she treated a patch of weeds I saw by my fence and she assured me she had. Yesterday when I cut the lawn, I noticed those weeds were wilting. Please express my appreciation to Rebecca for another job well done.

I would appreciate it if techs could address issues proactively. I had someone come out gain to treat the lawn for sedge. What was treated has died, but there is a large section on one side if the house that was apparently missed.

We have so much rain that the grass is growing like crazy. I can't wait for my lawn service to cut it so I can see how it has thickened and greened up.

Being a new customer with TruGreen after leaving a competitor after five years of great service. I lost my assigned technician of five years since the beginning of the Covid pandemic. I knew it would be a challenge having to replace her, muchless, a different company all together. I decided and signed up with TruGreen.
The initial experience wasn't pleasant with a new technician assigned to the first application and after being spoiled for five years, I had a feeling that this was going to be a challenge. The customer service hotline getting to a manager was like booking an appointment to see the President of the United States in the White House. Local number to the office that services my area is all linked to customer service hotline and it was frustrating. Finally, I decided to pay a visit to the local branch and finally met the Service Manager, Dustin Jacobson. This poor guy had an earful and no fault of his own, but only to be the manager on site. Unloaded on Dustin and after being skipped on my second appointment to include a Re-Do of the first initial visit at no charge after being charged on an incomplete service, The next day, I get this assigned technician with a mild cute foreign accent that by the way showed up on time on a rainy day nearly soaked just leaving her prior appointments,. At first, I thought... Oh Boy, This is going to be fun. I asked her where was the accent from and she replied that she doesn't know and that she was from all over. That was as much of a formal introductory I got from Rebecca Holland.
Rebecca showed up on my property within the tracking time window and without further delay she gave me an overview of what she was going to perform on the yard. She was very detailed on the different applications and I initially walked her to show her the property lines. As she was getting her cardio pushing the manual spreader, she never once complained even in the pouring rain while continuing giving insights of what was noticed in certain areas of the yard. I asked her if she wanted to take a break from the rain and already being wet arriving on site, She refused and kept going. Offered her some water, She refused. I'm thinking, What's the matter with this woman?
The truth of the matter is, I really kicked off my newfound relationship with TruGreen with a bad sour taste having second thoughts about the service after the initial visit and the run around with customer service, It was sure not a great first impression for someone seeking great service. Perhaps, Making a special trip to the office and after consulting with Dustin Jacobson. I'm glad that I did, because while I don't know who the next batter up was going to be, but I will say this with clarity... Rebecca Holland scored the team a homerun and earned herself a 10 Star Rating for an outstanding performance and an offer to be my permanent technician for the estate. Thank You both Dustin & Rebecca.
