Consistency and follow-up.
I have used this service for over 30 years have been very pleased . Service is timely for lawn needs as the seasons progress . Service personnel are very friendly even though this has been compromised a bit during the pandemic period. But still satisfied w/ all the applications on my lawn & shrubbery and OH yes those mosquitos are out of my yard from the service provided by TruGreen. Hoorah!!!

Keeps you informed of the services and the dates and times for each. Also, when we first started with TruGreen had a few problems with the technician not completing the job and saying that they had and management was prompt in making a change and came back out and completed the job. Since then our technicians have been very good and have done a good job as well as being helpful with questions and they have made suggestions that helps.
