Too early to tell. I didn't get a chance to speak to David during the first treatment. I spoke to Richard briefly when he came for the lime treatment. I had the flu so I didn't get to ask him about the putting down of top soil they recommended. I called for instruction on what I need to do specifically concerning the top soil. No one has contacted me on that yet

I shared with him my experience five days earlier with another Trugreen Associate (not wanting to provide the service, because he had a Backpak and I had too many weeds. He advised me better to do myself. Associates name was Erin I believe. ) Dillion was very distressed that an Asdociate was so rude, he wanted me to know he would escalate to his boss.
