I like the notification you give before the date of service, and the only time that there was a mix-up in NOT performing the service when stated and billing anyway (perhaps someone else got a free spraying!), you quickly made good within a couple of days. The best part, however, is the fact that it's working! My lawn has never looked better! I appreciate the helpful tips as well. Thanking you for your service.

My Trugreen Representative Deryl Livingston did a wonderful job today. I was outside and we walked around together to discuss a couple of concerns I had. Deryl was informative, understanding and most of all, very friendly. He went the extra mile and spent time talking with me, which I appreciated. He did a very thorough job with spraying my bushes and plants.

Doug did a great job & was very customer friendly. Upon request, Doug did my backyard application today, even though the his records dont show it as being covered. I had called awhile back to have the backyard added to my contract & a representative came out to measure the sq. ft. of the backyard. Apparently it was never added in the records, because the technicians in the past have not automatically treated the backyard without my asking to do so. Dont know how it got skipped. THANKS Doug for a job well done!
Brian Robinson came to our house on May 19th to spray for mosquitoes. Brian is so nice and polite, always let's us know he is here and asks if we have any questions. I will recommend Tru Green to my friends and tell them what a great job Brian does.
