The Mosquito service has been excellent for us. It reduced the count to a rare sight last summer and made spending time on our deck much more pleasurable.
We receive notification notifying us of the schedule and your team is here when they are supposed to be. They perform the service and always remember to close the back gate (so the dogs do not escape).
Timely & Efficient
The technician who came out was great. I was worried that the impending chance of rain later that day would wash away the application and I spoke with him about it. He let me know that if indeed he could not finish the application that they would come back another day, or if the rain came later in the day it would actually help the application as long as it is not a gully washer downpour. If it were a downpour they would come back to reapply no charge. He was a very kind person as well and did a great job. He's a keeper! Anyway, the rain held off, we got a light misting at most. Ever since I let TruGreen take over maintaining the health of my lawn it has looked GREAT!! I am VERY satisfied. Thank you.
Efficient, in terms of scheduling as well as independently servicing my yard, whether or not I
am there. Whenever I am there and have a request, the technician is always super friendly and
accommodating. I also am pleased with the way the lawn looks. It's taken a while to reach this
stage but it looks good. Also, I like the report and suggestions on the door each visit. Thank you.

If something is not right TruGreen comes back and retreats until a problem is resolved.
The service technician did a very thorough job in spraying all the areas.
Consistency
I like that I was offered a free check-in service to see if weed control needed. My tech came out and ended up spraying again for me. I liked the customer service that was extended to me to make sure I was satisfied.

I have the best lawn on the street because of Trugreen,alaways a winner. When years ago I tried to do it myself and just ended up killing my grass. I have been using them for over 10 years.
Communication on upcoming treatments is excellent. Post treatment results are always sent in a timely manner and your technicians are always professional and courteous.
I like to deal with our customer service person Sandy Pettus. I have been talking to her for years and she is always pleasant and fun to talk to even if she is checking on payments. :)

I want to say Lawrence Williams we great! He explained the weeds I have in my lawn and how to attack them especially the Poa Annua. He explained I should cut the lawn high to allow the grass to thicken at the ground areas. I hope Lawrence is allowed to return to my property for future treatments. Lawrence now knows my properly lines and what needs to be done each time if he is allowed to return.
Thanks for all the help with the staff at Trugreen, this includes John and Ross, who helped schedule my 2nd treatment yesterday.
