I like the effective communication TruGreen provides to notify customers of their services. I like that I do not need to be present at my home in order for the tech to perform the services. Lastly, I like the cost effectiveness of the services that are offered as well as the options to pay in full and/or pay as you go.

Professional and quality service
At this time it's hard to give ratings. I'm not sure what's gone wrong. The weeds are dying. The lawn was getting full and growing a really nice green. But it's browning.
I do believe the team is coming out and laying applications. It's hard to say why the improvement in the lawn is stopping.
The representative was very professional and I appreciate him knocking on the door and speaking to me the issue we had.
Shaquille was helpful. I explained to him I was disappointed with the appearance of the lawn. He explained our yard was suffering from heat stress resulting in many brown spots and recommended no further treatments until aeration and seeding. I had sent two earlier emails to customer service without any satisfactory responses. I appreciate his responsiveness to my concern.
