Overall I am pleased with the service. This will be the third year of service at this location. We started with a new lawn and we hope to see a much improved lawn this year. We expect to see a greener fuller lawn this year. I see we have 7 treatments scheduled for this year. This is more than we had before so I really expect to see a major difference. If not we will review our service with Trugreen and look at other options. We have NOT been impressed with some of the technicians that have come out.
That being said, our most resent technician, Jordan Gillespie did an excellent job. He was efficient and thorough. We hope we can get him to come out again.

Overall, my lawn seems to have responded very well to the treatments applied this year. As the warmer weather has arrived my lawn is greening up and thickening!

Persistence is what I like most. My yard has come a long way since starting with you all! (I think some of my neighbors have noticed and decided to start services with you all as a result)Thanks. Also, customer service reps are always nice and helpful. My last call which took place on 4.12.22 with Karen was awesome. She was super nice and expressed concern and compassion as we worked through some challenges I was having with billing and getting set up on auto pay. Keep it going!

Eric Gerner was awesome! I spoke with him and he was very knowledgeable about what is going on with my lawn. Eric provided the first treatment to my yard when I first signed up in 2021 and he provided todays treatment. Prior to him showing up I was planning on terminating my ties with Trugreen because of horrible service treatments and the fact that Trugreen does not believe in or provide any customer service what so ever. They force all calls to an off shore call center and hide from customers.
All previous techs that showed up to treat me yard did NOT treat my entire yard and did not know what they were doing.

ERIC GERNER knows what he is doing and he is awesome.... He himself kept me on your service for a bit longer...

I like when my lawn turns a golf course green. Also, some of the bald area fills in.

Joshua Finley is an excellent technician. I have referred Tru Green to many neighbors in Westborough subdivision in Raleigh because of him. I appreciate Tru Green trying to keep rates reasonable especially for someone on a fixed income like me. I hope they don't go much higher, however.

I have a large complaint. I have many weeds in my yard after so many years of using Tru Green. So I called to have a special weed be gone treatment, and was very disappointed to get someone in India for customer service. This is a huge negative! And it took the person as least twenty minutes give me a time when Tru Green would be back to take care of the weeds.

If I have to deal with someone in Idia every time I need Customer Service for sure I will be changing my lawn service.

The technician usually comes at the appointed time and informative about the application in a printout afterwards.
