I have some concerns about the billing...I prepaid for the entire year for all services I selected=$1243.19. On 21/2021 I spoke with "Tom" because I received a bill for $89.95 for Mosquito services. "Tom" told me this is how the company tracks the itemized services and deducts it from the prepaid balance.
On 8/16/22 at 2:45 p.m., when I spoke with "Joquanna', to schedule the aeration and seeding, I was told it was not part of the prepaid options I selected. I specifically requested this as part of the items selected in my prepay discussion with Rich Moore back on 11/17/2021. Additionally, I am now being billed for each service performed as of 10/26/33, which is less than one year from my prepay arrangements,and also nowhere near the 2022 year-end for which I thought I paid.
Which part of the "entire year 2022" was not clear to Rich Moore or to me?
I had another company do the aeration and seeding. They actually dug up the weeds in the yard, top dressed the yard, aerated and seeded, and then put down straw. When the weather was dry and the seeds did not all grow, they returned on their own, top-dressed and reseeded the areas without new growth, at no extra charge! Their quote was less than TruGreen quoted and their service was fantastic.
I always had weeds growing in the yard, regardless of the weed and feed treatments. At this time, I am reconsidering how to proceed for next year..."pay as I go", Prepay with better clarification of what the "full year" of services really means, use limited services, or move on to another company.
My lawn was in horrible condition as the start of TruGreen services. There is no denying, my lawn has improved. I especially appreciated the mosquito treatments.
I wish you could provide an itemized list of treatments for which I paid. I also wish you had an itemized "menu" of treatments and costs available from which customers can choose the work they wish to contract with you. It would be easier to understand what is being purchased and easier to track the services.
It's possible that your costs have risen and the itemized deductions exceed the prepaid balance? If that is the case, I should have been contacted and told that the costs had increased beyond the prepaid costs quoted and paid on 11/17/21?
I fell this discussion is between us and I do not wish to publicly share this information. I believe there is room for improved communications on both sides.
I will get back to you with plans for next year (2023)?
DO I owe the $&8.02 bill for 11/17/22 TruHealth Lawn Service ($69.42) plus 10/26/22 Horticultural Oil Application ($8.80)?

Grass in front yard has improve the back yard need some help. The lime treatment should be put in container on the grass, so the seeds and lime are not in the street, so it won't wash down the drain. I thought treatments were apply 4 weeks apart. In two weeks', time I had two treatments applied which put a dent i n my budget. Otherwise, great work.
My lawn look so bad before I hired Trugreen. I tried every thing myself to control weeds and to make it thicker and green but in vain. I only ended up $$$ with no returns. Trugreen did a great job in reviving my lawn. I am so happy with their service.

We were very disappointed with our prior service when Eric Gerner came out. Eric restored our opinion of TruGreen. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me what he was going to do before doing it. He identified weed in the lawn and advised me he was taking care of it. It gave me a good feeling that my good service had been restored.
Eric is the greatest!
