Weed control has been excellent. Still not a good solution for my Bermuda weed's. New this year you all have taken care of my bush's. Some are not doing so well. Also last few years I have had you all do the seeding but I feel your coverage has been just OK and does not seem to help obvious dead spots.

Ever since you started to add lye to my lawn, I've seen a great improvement. The technician that comes by now is very friendly and helpful. I can't remember his name but I really like my lawn ever since he started servicing it.
I like the fertility program and my technicians (Jesus) attention to detail. For the most part, the chemicals work well if you continue the program! Often, we as a society are looking for "instant results" and will cancel after a few months of not seeing noticeable changes. I decided no matter what, I was sticking with the service for a year to give it a chance. I'm very pleased that I did! Not only is my yard weed free, it's about the only yard that's had the strength & vigor to remain green during this unusually hot & dry summer! Thanks again!!

Good follow up when there are issues
Gordon A. came out to the house today to talk with me about our service. His knowledge on the different weeds in the grass and how to get rid of them was beyond impressive. He was very polite and kind. We talked for a good 5 minutes and he walked with me around the house so I could show him the problem areas. This customer service was exactly what I was looking for when my husband and I called last week. I appreciated the time Gordon spent talking with me and hearing my concerns. He never once appeared to irritated nor did he rush me. Thank you!
