You do what you say. I have had only 2 treatments so I can't tell yet the results. My only complaint was the time sent to me for arrival for the second treatment (nutrients) was wrong. He came earlier than I got back on time from an appointment so I don't know what shrubs and trees he applied the nutrients. Also had questions about some bushes but he was gone.
If you see weed after spray they would return and do again with no charges
