John Unorski and his team have done a good job onboarding several hundred properties for my company. Their first visits have gone well and we are already seeing the results. The communication and pro-active approach thus far have been very good. We are looking forward to this continuing.
My specialist Urian P. took the time to explain to me why he would not be spraying my yard today. His truck had mechanical problems. He explained and even showed me what it was doing. He then scattered granules for us. He was concerned that I understood the situation completely. I am a happy customer because I understand what was going on.

If you don't like the results you can call trugreen back and they will due their best to get it right.
My lawn care person, Casey Keller, met with me on this visit and explained what he would be doing that day. He also asked about the boundries of my lawn to make sure he was covering it completely. He is a pleasant person to deal with and I have been pleased with his care. This is also about the time I turn the irrigation on as the lawn is beginning to green up.
