I have had some unpleasant experiences with TRUGREEN in the past but wanted to give them a second try. I won't even discuss why I had to discontinue the service, but the performance was poorly.
However, I applause the young man (Tech) who service my trees and shrubs on 4/25/23. Absolutely professional, kind and concerned. I noted his professionalism when he rang the doorbell. He received a 10 out of 10. Can't get any better than that. I request him to always do my service.
Because of my past experiences with TRUGREEN, I called and didn't want my lawn or trees/shurbs treated unless someone was home. I don't have to be home with this young man. I trust him to do the job that I paid TRUGREEN for. You have a great young man on your Staff and I appreciate the great job he did today. Keep him and keep him in my area

Service throughout has been excellent. I would like to specifically complement Jacorie McLean on not only his work but on the excellent list of recommendation for improving the health and appearance of my lawn.
You service people show up when they say they are coming, I love the reminder texts that we have service coming up. I also like that they leave a note of what they did and suggestions for what I need to do. However the best part is the compliments I receive from my neighbors. Thank you

I like the fact that I get text messages letting me know when my applications will be carried out as well as being kept updated as to when the technician will arrive.
All the technicians and all the staff are extremely courteous, professional and always available to answer any questions I may have.

I had Justin M out for my first application today. He took the time to walk the lawn with me, explain what the service was today and how the whole service package would help my lawn. He answered my questions about watering, pets on the lawn, and helped me understand what to look for between service visits. Very happy.
