I was at first skeptical about TruGreen but giving them a year for my lawn and bushes, I can see a very noticeable improvement in their appearance and condition. I'm glad I decided to say with them and am looking forward to seeing further improvements.

I have had some unpleasant experiences with TRUGREEN in the past but wanted to give them a second try. I won't even discuss why I had to discontinue the service, but the performance was poorly.
However, I applause the young man (Tech) who service my trees and shrubs on 4/25/23. Absolutely professional, kind and concerned. I noted his professionalism when he rang the doorbell. He received a 10 out of 10. Can't get any better than that. I request him to always do my service.
Because of my past experiences with TRUGREEN, I called and didn't want my lawn or trees/shurbs treated unless someone was home. I don't have to be home with this young man. I trust him to do the job that I paid TRUGREEN for. You have a great young man on your Staff and I appreciate the great job he did today. Keep him and keep him in my area

You service people show up when they say they are coming, I love the reminder texts that we have service coming up. I also like that they leave a note of what they did and suggestions for what I need to do. However the best part is the compliments I receive from my neighbors. Thank you

I like the fact that I get text messages letting me know when my applications will be carried out as well as being kept updated as to when the technician will arrive.
