We have always gotten great service from Tru Green! Today was no different. We got our phone call the day before and our Specialist, Chris K., called when he arrived due to a note in our record concerning our outside dog. I mentioned that the note could be deleted because our dog recently passed away. He was very courteous and focused on getting our yard taken care of. He even called back when complete to let us know he remembered our sweet little guy from his last trip and expressed his condolences in such a wonderful way. Now that's personal service. Great service call! Thanks!
I wasn't home when the service was completed, but when Brenda Payton is the tech, I know it's down right! She was my regular tech and did my yard for years but has since been moved to another area. I wish she was my regular tech again. Now, I never know whos coming and if I'm not here, I'm not really sure how well everything was done. I would like to see TruGreen get back to a schedule that has the same person coming back for each service rather then a surprise each time. When you have the same person all year, they get to know you, your yard and any special needs/requests you might have in how the service is done. It's a shame we've lost that relationship with the tech's.

I like the notifications when service will be done and if I have a problem, you are quick to respond. Donna Thomas is the best! She is always on top of her game!!
The Tree & Shrub spraying has noticeably improved the health of our trees along the back property line.
I like having a beautiful lawn without requiring any effort on my part.
We also have the mosquito service. When I receive a call that TruGreen will be serving our property, I’m not sure if it’s the lawn service or the mosquitoe service.
