My shrubs have never looked so good!
Technicians report to service lawns in accordance with telephone notification given on previous day.
Unfortunately, the progress with my lawns is very poor. I had requested someone to come out and make a complete assessment so we could move in the right direction. This did not occur until last Friday, May 21. However, that day marked my seventh (7th) service appointment, per the Agreement. I would like to hear from someone in order to follow up on the assessment and determine the next step(s) needed to be taken.
Right now, I am frustrated and disappointed.

The TruGreen technician that takes care of shrubs does an excellent job. My landscaped areas look great. I no longer have your lawn service after many years because those who treated my grass did NOT do an excellent job.
