Jeremie Shelton is my lawn care person. He is very punctual when time to service the lawn. He always contacts me at the door to explain what he will be doing and advises me when he has completed the task. Jeremie also asks if I have any questions and or if there is any other lawn care he needs to address.

When we first started it was not going good at all. We where about to cancel, but then you hired a new specialist "Terrell English" and thank God for him or you would have lost another customer in this sub-division. He is really doing a wonderful job with our yard. Not only does he truly know what he is doing, but the yard is looking a lot better! He is very friendly, really listens to our questions and answers them. You have a great employee and hopefully you take care of him and don't lose him. Its hard to find a great worker and one the cares and knows what they are doing like, Terrell English.

There have been times when weeds have appeared after treatment.
After all of the treatments I still have wild garlic growing or what ever you call that stuff in my yard.

I am a former Scott's customer. I viewed my transfer to TruGreen with apprehension as I was quite pleased with Scott's. First, you did not match the annual price I had with Scott's, but you did come close. So I have high expectations of you for the extra cost. I had my first treatment today by Kerry Battle. I was extremely pleased. He was very customer focused and was easy to talk to. He seemed to be very thorough in his application. Hopefully, the results will prove this was a good move.

The specialist who serviced our yard today was very helpful and informative. He explained in detail exactly what he would be doing for today's treatment prior to starting. After he completed the treatment he provided details on exactly everything that was done and if he noticed any problem areas. He informed us that we would need to water the lawn if it doesn't rain within the next four days. This information was also included on the handout that is normally left on the door.
Representative was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what he was trying to accomplish and how the procedure would benefit the lawn in the long term. He completed his task quickly and efficiently and appeared to enjoy what he was doing. I was impressed by his attitude and would recommend this service to others.
Many of your specialists have been very helpful in answering my questions. I appreciate Jim White (Branch 5955) with his willingness to help reestablish my back yard lawn. He has made suggestions for me to follow and I am hoping that our problem will be solved.
