Last week we had a tree sevice of Dormant Oil applied to trees and Tree Shrub fertiliation. We were not home to talk to the service agent who was Jeanna D. She let info on our door that told us exactly what she did in detail. She left small signs in the yard to stay of property until application dried. We have experienced Jeanna D. before this. We love her personal touch. She is as concerned about our yard as we are. She loves to let us know what she is doing and why.
Since we were not home at the time, now on Monday morning I called the number on the billing and got to talk to a person who explained what she did and how in detail. We are 100% satisfied with our Tru Green service! Russ Saffer

Dependable, reliable and will fix if things go wrong. We had a missed service or they went to wrong address one time and was fixed when someone came out to do treatment.
So far I have not had any issues with the service I have received. My yard is growing well and the expense has not been overwhelming. The service agent has listened and followed my requests and answered my concerns.
