My representative takes the time to explain the details of proper lawn care to me. I am 75 years old and my husband is 86 and is unable to maintain the yard as we have for many years.Antonio Johnson took the time to tell us how to get rid of the nutsledge in our yard.He then told my husband that we should use a tuna can to measure how much water the yard needs in the event of a drought.
I would like to request Antonio Johnson to be my representative for as long as my husband and I are living. My neighbors are constantly asking what my husband puts on the yard and we gladly tell them that our Tru Green son maintains our yard.
My yard has never looked this great.

Desmond Stewart provides the mosquito service and he has been very professional but friendly. He also asks if the service is working so he seems to care about his customers. Josh Anderson is our lawn specialist and is also friendly and nice and asks if we have concerns with our lawn so I feel as if he cares if we're satisfied.
You will retreat if not satisfied.
Technician Maurice Jackson does a great job.
Josh Anderson has done a great job killing the crab grass and the bare spots are staring to grow. He has been very friendly and polite.

The technicians are the key to Trugreen's success. Our last technician did a wonderful job on his first visit here (Dale). He was polite, friendly, and left us the paperwork and also explained what he did and what we needed to do. Our lawn is recovering nicely. TruGreen employee, Maurice Jackson, is the best advertisement you have for your services. He goes over and beyond what you would expect him to do. He even helped me solve a problem I was having with my car.
He is very consistent even though he never slows down, he does an excellent job. I attribute this service as the only reason my yard made it through last years terrible drought.

Follow up is great when service is not provided.
I like that my grass looks great and weeds are gone. My trugreen specialist, Xaviere Gilcrest , locks the gate back up after he leaves and leaves the note with exactly what he did on my front door.
I do wish that you would give more than 1 days notice before the scheduled service - when I first started using trugreen, you would always send out a postcard with he dates of all services for the entire year - that allowed me to plan when my landscape guy was going to come and cut the grass. I wish you could now at least call 2 weeks out (Trudy) so I can plan better - other than that - everything is good!!!

If there are issues after your scheduled appointment, you will come back out and fix it at no charge.
