Very professional. What you promise, you do. I am so excited that I am able to enjoy my de k again. My tech Phillip Moore was on time, very knowledgeable and very good.
Everything has gone very well except the Aeriation service. They arrived in early May and only did part of the job. They said the slope in the back was a concern since they were new to the job and needed someone else more experienced with the right equipment to finish. They said they would pass this along and have someone else come to finish the job. I don't think they did and I had to call to re-schedule the service . I spoke with them on the phone and they scheduled me to have the service completed but never showed up on the date they were suppose to be here. I received a recorded message from True Green that said it was rescheduled and again they still have not returned to finish the service. The operators I have spoken to by phone have all been very friendly and polite and tried to help but not their fault.
Always come when you say you are coming. Very efficient and punctual.
