Being on time for First name removed monthly services!! And that's without us having to call to remind the company that their service is due to First name removed facility. Being in a school environment there are so many things that have to happen on a certain day, a certain month; sometimes its hard to remember when you have a few extra "little" jobs to do along with you "big" job.
