We the really like the service specialist Aaliyah that comes out to treat our lawn. She does a good job and can answer questions that I ask her concerning the treatment process that she does.
However, when I contact you all at the Phone number removed and I have a issue in reference to a weed/or weeds that has been hard to kill, I was told when I signed up for my annual contract that you all would come back and treat it in 2 weeks, this does not happen. The standard answer for my problem which is the weed/or weeds that are hard to kill when I call is give it 21 days.
You keep my lawn looking great. No weeds.
It helps to control weeds, and I can get further help when weeds are not under control

Nikita was very helpful when I asked him questions. No complaints at all with him. The problem I am having is the lack of communication to your technicians. My first visit was fertilize and apply lime. The lime machine was defective and another technician was sent to put out lime. Well, he fertilizer again as well as applying lime. I did not think enough lime was applied so another technician came today and he said he was here to apply fertilizer. I told him fertilizer had been applied twice within a week and I thought he was going to apply lime. He applied lime only, but if I hadn't been here to talk with him he would have followed the instructions and fertilized a third time in within ten days. I appreciate how your company has responded and sent people out, but the instructions given to them need to be clearer. Thank you. Name removed
