Our lawn looks wonderful ... we had a person taking care of it for over ten years but passed away unexpectedly.. he was with another company and when we inquired we were informed they no longer serviced this area. I was heart broken because we have St. Augustine grass and not everyone can care for it ... so I called TruGreen and I have been so pleased with the progress and upkeep your company has provided .... Our specialist is so courteous and always let me know he is here and what he will be doing .... Great Company !!

Initially I was disappointed in the service in that after reviewing the invoice details, the area being serviced was overstated. This created a suspicion that we were being over charged over an extended period of time. I was unable to determine when the service would be performed in order to help coordinate with our daycare staff for outings. Additionally, large noisy equipment was being used to spread chemicals in our very small enclosed courtyard area that was both inefficient and disruptive to sleeping children. Subsequent to talking to Gweneth Powers, we have moved ahead with solutions for these issues that have created a negative light on the service.
