I have had Truegreen for many years. I don't ever have to worry about my grass and trees and shrubs. How much to fertilize, which kind and when has always been a difficult thing for us so we let Truegreen do it.
My only issue with Truegreen is the website. I always have trouble paying bills on the website so I just reverted back to paper bills.

Hardly any mosquitos compared to the year prior. Also noticed less spiders in the yard to.
I wished to be contacted prior to the service...at least by one day so that I can mow first. Otherwise, he is punching into taller grass and the new seed sits on top and not get down into the holes.. As it is overseeded, I have to wait several more days before I can mow to avoid sucking up the seed before it has a chance to sink in and germinate.
In the future, i would like to request the aerating service between Oct 15 and early November. Otherwise it is too hot here prior to that time and may be too dry for the seed to germinate well.

Mario does a great job and our lawn is starting to look respectable. The white fly infestation still persists in the bougainvillea plants despite the numerous treatments, often returning within days of spraying.
