We were frustrated with our service last year but today Marco Morales De La Cruz (27056) was very helpful and very professional and changed our opinion regarding our Trugreen service. He paid attention to our needs and concerns and explained an approach that we feel will be helpful. His attention to detail and his customer service was uncommonly good and appreciated.

Lawn looks great
Today (22 Jan 2019), we had service done for lawn and shrubs. I have complained in the past about the services rendered by one specialist (who after my complaint did a much better job). Today I saw that some else came to do our lawn and shrubs and I must say he was EXCELLENT!.
He was methodical and thorough as he sprayed all over our yard and shrubs. He even let my wife know that he omitted one small section of a tree because our vehicle would have been sprayed. Besides being thorough, he thought thru what he was doing.
I was not home at the time, but I was able to watch his work via our security cameras. I wish I could have thanked him directly. The name on the receipt was Frankie Griffin, Truck ID # 117361
