This year I don't have dandelions which I am happy about. I do have fungus but I guess you don't spray for that. Since that was pointed out to me when I signed up for your service, I thought you took care of that. When I mentioned the fungus problem during this service, I was told I needed to get some fungus control spray.
The TruGreen liquid was applied on my lawn, as promised.

Green Lawn
I like your service especially the guys. They are always on time, friendly and most of the time they can answer my questions. The only problem is they only come every 6 wks and not every 4 weeks which would help with the weeds.
Your service is great. My problem with TruGreen is the billing! When I receive a bill from you I mail my check the next day. After the next service and they bill me for it, the first charge
is on it too, saying it hasn't been paid. I always check the numbers o the little invoice telling me what they did and what they used that day. I received a service 6-29-21. At this time I have not received a billing for that service. When I receive it I will pay the next mail pick up.
I really wish they would update their billing process.

Technicians a very courteous and professional. Nathan Dewitt always spends time explaining exactly what service is being done to my yard. During his last service on 6/14/21, my dogs were accidentally left out in the yard. He took care to see that they were not affected by the application and rang the door bell to let me know he had taken extra steps to keep them safe from the chemicals. I sincerely appreciated this. He has serviced my lawn for years. I always enjoy seeing him.
