Lawn is looking better than is has in years.
The fertilizer is sprayed as a liquid for even and quick coverage. The hose extended hundreds of feet. Multiple lawn issues are addressed with the spray. Also, the fellow was friendly and upbeat.

As a long-term customer, I will say that customer service has improved a great deal from earlier years. In years past, there was a very laissez-faire approach, now real interest and positive tone are provided by phone service reps.

When I have a problem I contact a service manager directly & things get solved
I like the results.
Service techs are careful when working in our yard and garden. They also offer advice when needed. Example - Anastasia Rollins (?) when doing the recent shrub oil treatment, rang the doorbell, stayed 12 feet away with mask on to advise that if it were to snow, we would need to shake the snow off the rhododendron leaves lest the leaves get burned by the oil. The advice was very timely; snow fell just a few days later.
