I appreciate that the specialists came out with working equipment and all the supplies to aerate, seed, and lime my property. It's a big yard and took them a little over 2 hours to finish the job. And they sent two guys and two aerators so they could split up the property. I appreciate the way they worked well and efficiently.

This is in regards to tree service on 9/28/2021. Tom came out to respray our trees after the last tech did not do a proper job. Tom is great !!! He has always always done a very thorough job & is the nicest man. We have enjoyed visiting with him over the years. He is always willing to answer any questions we have. We truly appreciate when we see on our advance notice that Tom will be our tech because we know he will do a wonderful job. When we see it's Tom we know we don't have to watch to see if the job is done right. Tom is a valuable employee for Tru Green as techs like him have become few & far between.

My lawn is one of the best in the neighborhood, your people are always friendly - great service!
One of the many things I've liked about your services is I can call about a concern and when my next service is completed the things that were noted were very helpful for me.
One example is the technician noted my lawn was cut too short and with a dull blade.
I've not had that noted until now and I've had a new company mowing my yard and I would have never thought about that they would be mowing with a dull blade. I have noticed he had been cutting it shorter.
It was very helpful to be told it looked like my lawn was being unevenly watered. I purchased a better sprinkler to hopefully help remedy that.
So all that to say I'm having my original man return to mowing my lawn and I'm looking forward to seeing my grass return to the lush green that it used to be.
They are prompt and efficient
We really like and appreciate our local services. We do not like the answering Service System and operators who have no local information and ability to communicate with basic needs. Very poor service and now we are very lucky that we can contact our own local people and get good prompt help when needed. Get rid of that answering Service you are using all over the country. We had the same problem with edge pest control. Almost called the Better Business Bureau

You do a great job of letting us know when you will be coming. When I had a conflict on the day you were coming, the aumated system worked for telling you our road would be closed that day due to repaving. You then called to schedule another appointment.
Thank you for your good service. Friday, September 3, I had a service that I didn't know about and I was not home at the time of service. Unfortumately, I had a large tarp on my grass from painting. Therefore, a large part of my grass was not services nor did they do the path from the garage.
I would like to request a reservice at no additional charge.
Please let me know when you are coming. The tarp is removed and you can see that 2/3 of my grass is green;however, there is a large yellow dead grass and the path needs to be reseeded and treated with the fertilizer that they used on Friday. The cost was too high not to have the complete area services.
