When we experienced a problem due to one of your employees product application error, I reported this to your office. I spoke to Lorraine who took me through the steps to remedy this issue. We are now satisfied with the results after several applications, at no charge until this problem was resolved.

One of the rare times that the Tru Green Specialist knocked on the door to let me know he had arrived and inquired about any additional questions or services that I would like to discuss. Usually, the Tru Green Specialists arrive but don't knock on your door to announce their arrival and I have to always try to "look out" for their arrival but usually, they arrive and are gone in 5 minutes after treating the lawn. I don't know if Tru Green like many companies book their services by the numbers and restrict the amount of time spent on a lawn and/or services per customer. This is one of the few times, that the Specialist, Logan Greenwood, like a few others this current year, have exhibited great communication and service. They are a younger group, who appear enthusiastic about their jobs and are better at communicating and servicing our lawn.
