The technician who serviced our lawn recently was an "experienced" person.
Unlike recent previous technicians, this one left paperwork showing what he had done, what was recommended, and answered my questions.
Previous technicians were in-experienced, left no paperwork, where "here and gone" in about 5 minutes, left almost no trace that they had been here because there were no "granuals of fertilizer" on any sidewalk, not on driveway, not on pation, not on 2 stepping pads. I also could not find "granuals" in the grass when I searched. No excuse. Just "Wham Bang, Thank You Mama" and gone!
Our property is about 3.2 acres, including our home. We pay annually to have a discounted price quote due to the large area serviced. Annual quotes have been adjusted down at times and that has influenced our decision to stay with Leisure Lawn. However, the main reason we stay is the quality of lawn care that we receive. On occasion we have asked for an additional treatment with persistent weeds and the company response has always been positive. Lawn care service and some flexibility on pricing have kept us customers over the years. As a result, we would, and have, recommended the company to other individuals.
