After almost three years with TruGreen, they finally got the service right!
Last three years, I had to constantly sending emails to their customer service to let them know they did not get the weeds killed and they missed a big portion of my back yard(slope) and weeds were overgrown!
This past time, the technician was professional enough to leave me a note and telling me what he exactly did! I really appreciate that since they always came like a ghost!
So, this time I have to do this survey to complement this technician for doing a good job!
The best part is I don't have to do anything, and my yard looks nice!!
