Elizabeth came and sprayed our trees and shrubs and does a terrific job. I have mites on my burning bushes and I call and she came back and sprayed at no charge. Been a customer for many years and recommend to give them a try.
Appreciate the phone calls alerting us to when we will be having a service call and the emails containing a print-out of what was applied to our lawn.

I had called to cancel my account, 11-10-22 because three of my service appointments(11/08, 11/07 &11/10) in the same week had been canceled by TruGreen after I received messages saying "they were on their way" with an estimated time of arrival, but before the time expired, I received another message stating the "service could not be completed."
I became very upset because I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate TruGreen for each of the scheculed service dates.
However, although I had received message (...can NOT be completed for the 11/10) date the serviceman (Brandon Cummins) showed up eventually and did a good job with the application.
My yard does look better since I have had TurGreen Lawn Service.
Reinstate my account/service for 2023.
Services are scheduled by Trugreen & performed in a timely manner. Hopefully by next year the tree & shrub treatment will really make a difference. Thank you, Trugreen, for your advice & services.
