Your technical people arrive at the prescribed time, and I don't have to be here unless I have a question. They respond to my inquiries. For example, one time I wanted to eradicate a specific weed, and the technician gave those weeds a double dose. When I called for treatment of our ash tree, the technical person answered all my questions and suggested other insect treatment. I signed up for the additional treatment which he suggested. In addition to being competent, your people are very nice.

First, the service is consistent and the communication as to when the service is being performed is quite transparent. In addition, my lawn and plants are looking better than they have ever looked and I believe a big reason is TrueGreen services. Granted the rain has not hurt my grass or plants but there is the TrueGreen touch as well.
