Reliability and price
Best the lawn has looked in years. Of course, it helps that the chemicals are actually applied in a timely manner. My former supplier was either terribly tardy or skipped treatments all together. So far I am happy but I am concerned about the cost, I just hope you don't price me out of the market.
The services provided are very good. My lawn looks great. They offer weed control, bug and grub control, plugging and over seeding (these are the services I have) plus other services. They always call days before and tell you they are coming. They always leave an explanation of what they did and recommendations for better lawn care. They offer a discount if you prepay for their services.
My lawn treatments are done well and suggestions are provided to improve the health and appearance of my lawn.

The technician is great. Marty is always willing to take the time to explain what he is applying to the lawn and how it will help. I get an auto call to tell me when to expect the treatment. All in all my lawn looks great. When there is an issue, you respond right away.

I just wanted to commend your technician Reginald Harvey for the excellent job he did in servicing my yard today. My yard is a very unique dimension and Mr. Harvey used great care to be sure he covered my entire yard when he applied todays treatment.

My yard looks good now.
Very small area between hot tub and fence seems to get missed since it is mostly weeds.
