My specialist does a great job in our yard. He is very attentive to ensure our gates are closed and locked so our dog would not get out of the yard.
TruGreen has been very accommodating with our schedule being what it is working around holidays and mowing but still hitting the timing to make sure that we get the control that we are wanting. When they came in last month they brought enough applicators to complete our property in one day!

I appreciate the service provided by Courtney Ruggerio following up on our account. I also appreciate when the service agent stops to inquire if there are any specific issues or requests for the visit in progress. We have a couple of problem areas that we have been addressing over the past three seasons. I hope we can make good progress again this year.
Desmond Riley did a great job on the Aeration service. I want him the next time I have the Aeration service. He worked hard to get into every corner and plugs were everywhere. The only problem was he got a too close to the edge of a patio I was installing (making sure he got everywhere) and the machine fell into the side area (1-2 feet down). The effort to get the machine out ruined a corner of the patio. It will take a day or so to fix. Could get a 10% discount on the cost of the service as reimbursement?
The person applying the treatment was very careful and took his time to do a good job..
Nice I won't have to have someone return to fix a fast careless one.
Trugreen has been providing our lawn service for many years. Reliable. If an issue develops, they correct the issue promptly.
I have found most all of the TruGreen crew pleasant and interested to work with!

Austin Thomas sprayed our lawn today and did an excellent job. I liked that he left our summary at the front door too. If possible, I would love to have Mr. Austin Thomas each time my lawn service is sprayed.

Quality of the people and product solutions
I want to let you know that Jared Olney delivered excellent service today. He rang my doorbell when he arrived and explained the service that he would deliver. We discussed the property boundries so that he knew where the property lines were. As he delivered the service in February, he knew where to apply the treatment. I thank Jared for his service and would like for him to be assigned to my account in the future.
