As a rule I'm very pleased with your service. However I have had my concerns. We have 2 different applications sprayed on our yards. Front yard gets nutrients for a green lawn and the back gets flea & tick applications. These applications are applied at different times. There have been times that the yard marker was not put in the appropriate yard. I have dogs and if flea & tick was applied that day how long do I keep my dogs in before letting them outside. Also on your last visit where my back yard was treated, your service rep did not secure my gate. If I had not walked outside with my dogs and noticed it right away, I could have lost my babies forever. This was complete negligence and utter carelessness. My dogs are my children. How do you replace a family member. Not only can't I afford to replace them financially (a Bichon Frise & a Goldendoodle) but they can never be replaced emotionally. I was so upset about how close I came to losing them that it took me several days to calm down in order to call and complain.
TruGreen provides quality service. Applications are applied regularly. The prepay plan saves me some money - I don't have to worry about payments during the year. Your drivers have always been friendly and answer any questions I may have.
My specialist, Greg, from Branch S675 has been great this season. Very helpful and cares how my lawn is and my lawn always looks better than my neighbors! He's the best!

I just want to thank you for your great service that you have given us. Our lawn has looked outstanding for years that your service has been given to us. I am so great full that our lawn has been a presentation to all that has came here to see about our service to take care of their loved ones. I think that the looks on the outside shows people that we care, and it shows how we care on the inside if the building is taken care of on the outside. I am sorry to let you know this will be the last season that we will use your service due to the fact that our building will be closing down, but thank you for the great looks. Professional, on time, quality product, easy to work with.
I am told in advance when you are coming so that I can prepare. The techs are quick and efficient. My lawn looks healthier after 2 years of service. I haven't had any problems with a single shrub since getting service for my trees & shrubs along with the lawn program.
While a bit of a luxury, I do believe I am getting very good care and service for my costs.
