The person who did our lawn this time did a very good job, I appreciated him taking his time and not going so fast on his machine that the yard suffered from not having enough application applied.
Last year I saw a dramatic difference in my lawn from the year before after the first couple treatments. I was so impressed that I decided to go with the True Basic treatment again this year.
I signed up with the prepaid service last year and saved on the cost. Next year I plan on the 5 treatment plan as long as it isn't dramatically higher. One of the main reasons also is I used to fertilize the lawn myself but I'm getting up in years and no longer have the energy to push a heavy fertilizer around.
I like being notified when a service person is coming and they do a good job of keeping my trees and shrubs free of insects.
Joe did a good job, He covered 80 % 0f the lawn ( was very wet in skipped area and didn't want to dig up yard) I agreed because I did it when mowing a few day earlier.
He had a broken pump being fixed over night and couldn't put down any liquid emergent.
Explained he would do it next time within 2 weeks.
I will call if the dandelions take over the lawn before 3 weeks LOL

Sorry, I thought I was going to be able to add or respond to other specific questions about my service providers. Michael was the specialist who treated my lawn on March 30th and Michael did so today because of a flourishing number of dandelions. You can easily tell that both are hardworking young men with very pleasant personalities. Because of covid restrictions, they did not initiate the conversations, but I did.
Especially this year, TruGreen has been very responsive to my needs.
I really like Trugreen. Trugreen always keeps my lawn looking great. I always get compliments from everyone including Trugreen and other lawn service companies.

Great service!!! Aerial and Seeding was done Monday, April 12, 2021. Question: When am I supposed to water lawn if it doesn't rain? Am I supposed water lightly EVERY DAY if no rain?
Shrubs/Lawn services are great. They are greening and beginning to look healthy.
I previous asked about a quote for plugging and over-seeding (I hope it was using my lawn size) and it was provided. When you provide a quote for over-seeding would provide the type of grass seed and amount of seed to be used. Another recommendation, could you provide a picture of the yard being quoted, so we are both on the same page?
Our lawn looks very good. No weeds and green! We receive a courtesy call the day before, so we know that they are coming.the next day.

I like the timely response to the customers issues. I had an instance where my lawn needed additional treatment after service had been done and they came right out.

A little early to tell, but it appears that the employee did the lawn treatment, even though I was not home to answer the door, and left a courteous note and a statement that the treatment had been done. Signs had been placed on the grass to note the work had been done.

Prices are reasonable and you guys do a good service.
They let me know the day before that they will be out. If I'm not satisfied with what they did, they will come back out.
My advisor here at Trugreen was able to keep it affordable to do a grub service by canceling one of the other services so that I kept my price grouping intact or very similar to what it was.
My backyard looks so much better because of doing a grub service that I've never done in over 40 years.
I think you already talk about what is needed,, for owners getting their best results. If you are trying to do it on a more limited income, help us see how we can switch things a bit from year to year,, or what is the basic essentials,, I don't need a super thick lawn, that means the lawncutters charge more money. I need it to look nice and healthy, with no weeds.
