Service man gave me advance warning of his arrival and introduced himself upon arriving. He confirmed not irrigation lines or electronic dog fence and proceed to thoroughly aerate my lawn. Upon completion of his service, he asked if there was anything else and pointed out ares of thin grass.

I will add that in light of all the issues encountered this year with my lawn service William has been a plus make that a PLUS. William knew I was unhappy and would not be renewing my service. That didn't matter, he knew there was yet work to be done and didn't hesitate. He is professional, personable and someone others should model. Thanks William!

My lawn looks beautiful but several times I have had to sit out there pulling the crab grass. I mentioned it to a representative and I also asked about moles. I did get a message about something totally different claiming I had asked about bugs. Moles are not bugs.
We appreciate the regular application of necessary fertilizer and weed killers, and the fact that the lawn is lush and green. We also appreciate that you return if we are concerned about weeds and dandelions. We have a large corner lot at a major neighborhood intersection, and it is important to us that it look good!
I'd like to point out that there are still weeds against my neighbor's driveway. I wonder if your technicians remember to treat that area.

My grass looks pretty good, I am happy with it the looks of it. We have a corner spot that is an invasive plant which I called once about to have weed killer put on that area down to the big rock. Any plants there I am not worried about.
What I do not like is the parking on my grass near the street making ruts in the wet grass there which I then need to repair. This only happens in the spring and fall and only once this year so far, but at nearing 80 stomping on tire tracks isn't fun. (The driver is USUALLY very careful not to be too near the grass.) I have tried to call and email but the information on the card does not seem to be correct.
Notification prior to service, true to word. Asked attendant to tend to certain area, he did without hesitation. Very pleasant and good service.

I like the fact that your services has my lawn looking beautiful and that the technician is always professional. I sometimes park in my garage and they do not know that I am home as I am watching him. No matter what is lying on the lawn he takes the time to move it to the cemented areas. That is pretty special. I also like the fact that while I am lacking employment and working very little hours you all still made it possible for me to continue my services. I APPRECIATE YOU FOR THAT! I do wish they would put the receipt for work completed in my mailbox instead of on the front door. I have a mail slot with a walkway to the left of my front door. Please tell your workers to use it.
