Lawn looks good. Service is reliable and flexible.
You always let us know when you are coming and you stick to that schedule. Placing the marker always alerts people and their pets to stay off the lawn for 24 hours. You will come back to correct any problems. You leave a message as to what was done on that day.

Usually satisfied; however, this time he sprayed a vine around our Magnolia, hopefully it will come out of it, as of now, it looks dead.
That they text me the day before so I can make sure that we can make sure our gates are open.

Generally, I have liked the Tru Green services. That is the reason I have been a long time customer.
I like the courtesy call before service (so that I can cut the grass or otherwise plan accordingly).
I like the little sign in the yard after service (so that I do not cut the grass immediately after service inadvertently)
I like the papers normally left at the door (for the same reasons recited above)
I did not get any of the above in connection with service provided on 14 April 2021.
As I said, I am a happy customer. I just wanted to say that I missed three of the reasons why I am a happy customer.

This last service was better, the guy was very thorough. The first guy wasn't, I was watching and he missed a whole section by the driveway...I had to go out to say something...which he replied, sorry I thought I had or forgot??? But I have been very happy with the results these last 2 years. Previous Scotts we still had weeds and crabgrass constantly. It's funny because our neighbor just hired Zeilher( spelling??) so I am excited to have a little competition, not telling them, to see who ends up having a better outcome!! LOL
I like that my lawn actually looks bright and green with no dead spots. I love the app and the notifications that my service is being performed. I already recommended one friend who is now using your service.
Always concerned that we'll be disappointed with a new person .. but Brian was polite and efficient. Looking forward to another year with Trugreen today even in the drizzle.

Don't have to be home for service. Get notified of my next service. I can reschedule service if not convenient for budget purposes.
They show when they say. But I didn't get a report of my last treatment.
