It's been tremendously effective. When we moved into the home, the lawn was seriously infested with weeds (especially hard-to-eradicate African Violets). In just one season of treatments, and now that spring is happening, it's obvious that our weed issue is almost completely resolved and the yard looks significantly more healthy, and has filled in numerous bare spots.
I'll admit to being skeptical after the first few treatments, but I'm happy to be wrong. I couldn't be more pleased with the transformation, and our Specialist (Donald Smith) is always pleasant and thorough.
