I appreciated that service technician, Charles Tuggle, let me know that the company that is cutting my grass is cutting it too short. As a follow up to this, I contacted the company doing the grass cutting and let them know of this and that in the future they are to leave the recommended stand of grass versus the too short cutting they are currently doing. I greatly appreciated this information and have taken initiative to have this resolved.

I like my technician Charles. I don't like when you keep changing my service date because I cancel my mowing guy for that day then you cancel my application at last minute.
They did a great job of aerating the lawn and overseeding. Even provided service in the green way as a special request.
