Cost effective
I talked to the guy out for the first application of the year. He guided me about what to use on my yard that was over-seeded last fall. He knew the problems with the yard and trees. I found him very helpful. They only problem is: if i hadn't been here when he was here, I wouldn't have known this info. It would be nice if you could educate the homeowner about what to do with fertilization after over-seeded or when there are many trees in the yard (or any other special consideration).
The lawn is taken care of, and we don’t have to think about it. If there is an issue, they come right out and take care of it. They’re very courteous. Do not disrupt us just come in and do their job. I have used them for close to 50 years I used them at my old house.
I told my neighbor about you guys and she is now using your services. We use to get a discount for referring people to your business. Is this still being done?

Gentlemen; after just the first service I am more than very pleased (I was not here at the time) with the lawn's response. Not that I am a proponent of over doing anything, but in appropriate time weeds curled and upon mowing largely "disappeared," and our variations of grass will I believe green up nicely- as I discussed with TruGreen Joe Yost (wichita, KS) and he agreed, we do have the alley included (it is not an alley open to public like most in town although it serves as easement for utilities - but it is privately owned by a neighbor but we treat it as our yard and mow and maintain it - thus as discussed when we signed up it is to be included). About half the alley requires no attention because it is in base of evergreen tree row, but although dandylions are gone I am unclear whether the alley got the same level treatment as the rest of the backyard this time. For clarity - 99% super happy, please make sure alley is included, and THANK YOU! Mark Wurm, very happy customer! Phone number removed
