Precise and accurate on applications. Friendly and knowledgeable employees willing to answer questions and help you understand what they are doing and why. My grass has never looked this good! (That last statement will cost you. ha ha) I am selling my house and recommended that they would use you for future seasons of treatment. I know you will continue treatments through this season because I have pre-paid for the entire year. The new tenants will be moving in late July, so treat them well as you have treated me. I've found the specialists and managers to be responsive to my questions and needs. Today, I met for the first time my relatively new lawn specialist, Billy Eades. He patiently answered my questions and gave me some good advice on watering and other things related to lawn care.
