Great service in all areas
Your Tree and Shrub Insect/Disease Control technician, Billie Hartline, was very helpful and very professional today. Not only did he explain what areas he sprayed, he noted some insect activity that we were unaware of. When I inquired about a summer insect spray since a lot of time had passed between the May and September applications, he indicated that, if we wanted, we could change to a program of one fertilization in Spring, followed by 3 insect sprays during the time of year when insects were the most active. That is really the program that we preferred, as our trees and shrubs are well established. I called to make the change for next year.

No mosquitoes
TruGreen does my Applications when I want them. Also, whenever I call TruGreen, I can schedule a Technician to come and treat my summer weeds and crab grass and spurge free of charge. If the first treatment does not work he comes for the second treatment, also free of charge. At times, he is accompanied by his Supervisor.
Everything seams to be ask expected.

They provide everything you need for a healthy lawn and they do it at the right time. You have to water, but they do everything else.

Our lawn has improved since we have Truegreen aerate and seed every year. However, last week Truegreen showed up to aerate and seed without first contacting us. It was too early. Now we are in the middle of a heat wave and we are watering like crazy to not waste the seed. We are not happy about this. We did give our consent to your service man to go ahead, but regret it.
Incidentally, he was very polite.

They do clean work, meaning they leave no trace that they were here other than a small sign in the yard. The results are great, Patience is key. Then all of a sudden everything looks better, with the exception of the mosquito treatment that was almost a noticable difference immediately after the first treatment.
I spoke with Jim Summers and he was extremely helpful in explaining what to expect and how the results would turn out. His expertise helped me make my decision to go with Trugreen. Service is excellent and the results have really surprised me! My lawn looks like a carpet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So glad I have Trugreen helping with my yard!

TruGreen provides us a comprehensive spectrum of lawn and garden services. Only occasionally to scheduling problems arise, and these are usually dealt with quickly.
You take very good care of my property, for a good price. This also allows me to use my time on other projects that need my attention.
