Jasmine C, the tech who arrived today 11/6 was wonderful. She is helping me decide what to do to save my euonymus and navigate your company so that I can get the services needed for my property. I don't believe the previous tech did what was necessary to prevent my euonymus from getting scale. He said they missed a summer application and he doesn't know why that happened. When I called the office they said the service was done, but I'm doubting that it ever was.

Service from the customer service rep. was excellent . Service from TRUGREEN lawn maintenance was terrible as for as scheduling and keeping the customer informed that there was a problem. I understand this has been an exceptional year but there is no excuse for your failure to let the customer know . This has nothing to do with your service specialist .
I want it done without any calling. Just get it done is my motto!

What do I like about your services??? At this point not much.
1. Today you call me at 9:10 to tell me that my yard is being serviced today. How in the world, am I suppose to guess before leaving for work, that today - of all days you would grace me with your presence .... you haven't showed up since mid JUNE. Back half you June - nope. All of July NOPE, Aug .... still NO. September --- wait for it nope. Front half of October - TruGreen, who? And so it won't be serviced today, because the gate is locked.
2. The last time you showed up ... remember June. You called 2 hours AFTER the person showed up to service the yard. TWO HOURS. The only reason I know they were there was they were parked across my driveway as I was attempting to get to work.
3. It's October and I have been shorted 3 services, that are pre paid for. Is this a thing. You want pre payment for the season and then you just don't do anything. You owe me money, with interest at this point - because there is nothing worth while you can do for my yard.

The treatments that Jasmine is giving our tree has helped tremendously. The sap is gone. Jasmine is an asset to the company. She is kind and very friendly. Keep her there and pay her well.
