We like that way the lawn looks - no weeds in the middle part. but we are disappointed that we have weeds and dandelions around the driveway and some corner areas. I feel you need to put some weeds killer by hand in those areas. Not happy with that part.

I like that a list of what was done is left after every service, and there are suggestions about the condition of the lawn with suggestions on what is needed in watering and cutting. The service has been consistent and well done for many years.
