TruGreen has helped my lawn become thicker and greener than it ever has been before. I like the heads up phone call the night before.
The mosquito control is more than worth the price when you consider how much you pay to own your home but you can't enjoy the outdoors because the mosquito's eat you alive!! After my first service I still had a few mosquito's, so I called them and they came right back to serviced the grounds around my house a second time which I thought was great because this company was honoring their commitment to rid you of the little pest mosquito's!

Your rates are resemble! But you need to keep the same person in same territory and not shift them around so much

My lawn is one if not the best looking lawn in the neighborhood thanks to True Green!
We started using True Green years ago to mainly get rid of creeping charily which was taking over our yard. Since using True Green our yard has really improved very few weeds, thicken up.

I really like the specialist that applies the treatment. He explains what he has done and takes the time to answer all questions. I believe he is a very valuable employee to your company!! All specialist should be like him!!!!!

My specialist is exceptional!
He cares very much about doing his job! He's been very helpful when TruGreen hadn't called to inform me of his visit. Because my backyard is fenced I always unlock the gate before he arrives. He then can access the back quickly.
When TruGreen hasn't called, the specialist will go through the garage, and open the gate.
I am handicapped, and it takes me a while to go around the house, and unlock the gate. I need the use of my wheelchair to do this quickly, and not risk falling.
I've been a customer since 2009, and TruGreen is supposed to call, and let me know when he will be coming!!! ALWAYS!!!

Aaron Washington is our new Specialist and he did a very good job. My only complaint is it seems we get a new specialist every year. Some were very good and some weren’t here very long. They went through very fast. Aaron was here for about a half hour and he did a wonderful job.
I have always been a tough grader.
The lawn looks so good. It is amazing.
We're often not home when services are completed. I like the summary listed with each service- what was observed, what was done, what to expect. I've also occasionally had TruGreen come back out to treat problem spots & have always had quick response time.
