A big shout out to Denny Carver for the excellent service he provided for us at 1122 W Oakville Rd. Springfield, MO 65810. He stayed in contact with us until the work was completed. He kept us informed of the plan for our lawn. We have been long time customers and will continue because of Denny Carver's business integrity and loyal service to us as customers. A Win/Win situation! Also, the two young men that came out to complete the work were very professional, friendly and skilled in their work. Thank you, for a job well done!

Our tree and shrub tech for the service on 9/21/23 was wonderful to speak with. While he succinctly explained what he would be doing, I mentioned the large spider infestation in our hedge along the side of the driveway. It had stayed covered in spider webs, literally covered in entirety, despite previous tree and shrub treatments.

He explained that since the hedge bordered our neighbors the previous techs may have assumed it wasn't our property.

After assuring him it was ours, his partner, who was waiting near the truck, immediately walked over to inspect the hedge. It didn't take him long to see how bad it was and the partner tech had the hose out and was spraying our hedge before I walked back inside the house!!

I have previously submitted a 5-star review on these two techs immediately following the service. I wanted to provide a second review to let you know the quality of their work was outstanding! We inspected the hedge closely yesterday, 9/29/23 a week later, and no spiderwebs!!!

Note: This is our first year using TruGreen. I spoke with the 1st tech who did our trees and shrubs. At the time I assumed the hedge would be done, ignorant of the possibility of confusion, I didn't mention it to the tech. I want to ensure you are aware the only tech who didn't attempt to speak with me, was the one who did our 2nd service.

Despite a few minor misunderstandings, easily resolved, TruGreen has done a great job with all our services in our prepaid care package. The improvement is so noticeable, that the neighbors have commented on how quickly we are turning the lawn around. I tell them it's due to the help of TruGreen and highly recommend your services.

We will be prepaying another year of services for 2024.
Thank you for helping us begin to undo the damage of the severely neglected flora we inherited upon moving in.

I like how thorough my yard treatments have been.

ELIAS ALVAREZ was the tech for the outdoor pest control service on 9/26. I could not be at home so I left a note on the front door. Not only did Elias go the extra mile to make sure those items were addressed, he LEFT ME A NOTE to let me know he did it. He even moved dog toys toys off the lawn. That is personal, caring and professional service. Well done Elias!!

Note - the next day I got a Revive service and Elias was the tech. I did not know about that service before hand or I would have left another note to say thank you!!

I have used True Green since I bought my house and they have always been great!

We are happy with the service provided.

When I asked about getting rid of thistles which normal spraying doesn't take care of, they came and sprayed again with some other spray and now the thistles are gone.

Questions answered, occasional problems resolved.

All I can say is that my lawn has NEVER looked this good! It is all green and NO WEEDS!!!
