The techs are very knowledgeable and are very available and helpful in answering our questions. Because the service we had done today was out of the ordinary (compared to the last 10 years of service we've had with TruGreen), our tech, Brian Wollan, very patiently spent extra time with us. He explained why our service was happening, why it had changed from previous years, and then proceeded to take care of our spraying in a very timely manner. We appreciate knowing exactly what we paid for.

What do you like about our services?

I like that the services are "automatic" according to what I have chose and paid for. Having said that, what I don't like is that when the technician notices weeds in the yard that TruGreen is there to treat that I have to call back and schedule another appointment. If the technician notices the weeds how about you contact me and ask if I want them treated?

Tech was very careful with seeing that everything stayed same as when he came in. The gate was firmly closed as before. He was knowledgeable about the job and answered my questions in a friendly way.

What do you like about our services?

I receive an e-mail telling me when my lawn service date is as well as who will be completing the service. If I have any lawn issues between my lawn service dates, all I have to do is contact TruGreen and someone will be sent out almost immediately to resolve the problem. I also receive an e-mail after my lawn service is complete telling me what was done and any recommendations following the service.

The last Tru Green rep was Ted and he is someone I can talk with and get answers.
I did not know he was coming. There was no email before he arrived but he was kind and helpful. I would appreciate being informed before you send someone out for any service as I am not always here and the gate to my back yard is locked. So that prevents the Tru Green rep doing his job. If you change times of services I would appreciate hearing from you. I used to also get a phone message which hasn't happened for awhile.

You did everything I expected and more. Lived up to Ur end of the agreement. My lawn looked the best it has in over 10 years! In fact, it went from hard to look at to comparable to a well manicured fairway on a plush golf course. Your service is well worth the investment.
