Reliable, prompt, courteous
I like that I don’t have to deal with the scheduling and application of chemicals to my lawn.
Always good service HOWEVER this past week your technician had a problem with the application of one of your products during a scheduled appointment at my house. His spreader broke down and he was unable to finish most of the application. He stated that he would repair or replace the spreader and return and reapply your product over my entire lawn. To date no one has returned. Please rectify this issue.

Color and texture of our lawn
I like the friendly but not pushy sales representative who set us up. She thoroughly explained everything and was very informative and patient. It is our first time hiring a professional service for our lawn; we've always done it ourselves. Her patience in answering all my questions was encouraging.
The customer service rep who helped us add spring aeration to our plan was quick to resolve the issue and friendly. Also, almost no hold time! She answered in less than two minutes!
Ian, who came out yesterday for trees and shrubs, was excellent! I love that he rang the doorbell when he arrived and talked to me before starting work. I work from home, and someone is almost always home. We knew he was on his way due to your excellent tracking app and text notifications keeping us updated about our service visits!
Ian took the time to talk with me and my daughter-in-law after he was done. We highly appreciate this personal touch Ian provided to keep us informed on the status of our trees and shrubs and what he discovered.

Technicians answer questions and offer advice or recommendations about service. They discuss the products used, listen to concerns, and pay special attention to problem areas. They are efficient and competent.
